Filler like results with PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid)
The market is saturated with all kinds on product and the marketing for them is crazy intense. Items pop up all the time in social media, looking so good to be true. If you do a bit of research you might find that the companies are some obscure one from overseas without any history or much information, just a crazy deal on a "amazing" product. Be careful. Many do not live up to the hype.
Well, not all hope if lost. There are some companies out there making some truly kick butt products. One Korean company that we have found if called, House of PLLA (normally know as Sculplla). The House of PLLA is very popular in Korean and well known for innovative and amazing products. PLLA (Poly-L-Lactic Acid) is the "filler" component in all of their products. This is the same ingredient found in Sculptra, which is a filler injectable administered my a doctor and the same ingredient in dissolvable sutures. A bit of history: PLLA entered the market in 2002 as an effective way of treating extreme facial fat loss of HIV patients.
Volume loss can occur naturally through aging and in office injectable can be a temporary solution but super costly and some hate the though of the needle. House of PLLA's home care products are the home care version of the in-office treatments. Topical PLLA is worth the hype.
